Offering nightly and monthly rates as well as on and off river rates. We're now offering a cabin for nightly rental. Come and enjoy what Ruidoso and Riverside have to offer.

Summer Rates

Effective March 1st to November 1st
Off River sites (site # 9-28) $36.00 per night, plus tax
(7th night free except July and August)

River sites ( sites # 3-8) $45.00 per night, plus tax
(7th night free except July and August)



Winter Rates

Effective November--March

Off River sites (#9-#28) $30 per night (plus tax)
River sites (#3-#8) $35 per night (plus tax)
All rates include cable and WiFi

All rates include 4 people per site, addl person rate = $3 per night, per person (children under 6 free)

Campers must be fully self contained. (No public restroom or shower facility on site)

No tent camping available--30 and 50 AMP sites, can accommodate up to 45' rigs

Cabin Rate
Winter-- (Nov-March)--$75 per night (plus tax)
Summer--(April-October)--$95 per night (plus tax)
Price is for 2 people, addl person charge is $10 per person
