It's one of two large enclosed malls in Grand Rapids. Store selection leaves a lot to be desired. anytime I visit a Mall these days I truly understand why they are becoming a past time. Shopping from the comfort of your own home and the ability to return or exchange most purchases effortlessly is the only way to go. Granted I do not want all stores to disappear but I hope these brands can figure out a way to change with the times. My son loves the playhouse tree thingy so it gets my vote, for now.

Lots of fun stuff to do here. A great place to hang out with the family and have some fun. Plenty of stores, shops and food options to suit just about everyone. I would recommend this place for one stop shopping. Plus having Celebration Cenema movie theater there is a plus!

The only thing the mall lacks is an overall selection of stores, but the storefronts are filled, the mall is always clean and busy, and it's one of the best malls in the state. Some of the stores are gloomy, but most are lively and trying their best to survive. Good food court, good movie theater, always lively.

There is a huge selection of stores and eateries in this building, and it is extremely well-maintained. Everything is very clean, including the bathrooms by the food court. The reason I take away 1 star is because of a personal preference of mine. I can't stand how very crowded it gets in the Rivertown Mall, so much that you can't walk around. It bothers me when I'm trying to get to a certain store and I have to stop walking every few feet for people walking in and out of shops, and walk so slowly behind people who aren't actually shopping but just walking around the mall. Of course, that's just me, and if you go in the afternoon on weekdays it isn't crowded whatsoever. Also, the only bathrooms are in the middle by the food court and it can be quite a walk to get to them. I wish there were bathrooms on the far ends. Other than these mild complaints, I really like going here, even if just for fun and not to buy anything! Definitely worth the drive on a rainy day!

Nice variety of stores. I enjoyed shopping there. Nice food court. Some under roof parking at times it's convenient.
