Ended up at this hospital while at the cabin and has to have my galbladder removed. The doctors and nurses were so attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. I’m so thankful that this is where I was for the surgery

Visited The Orthopedic Clinic down the right side of the building. Has its own entrance and it tucked back, so if you are not looking, you might feel like you can not find it. The receptionist was kind, new check in system, it took some time to check in. ( little slow) Check it did go smooth. Nice, calm and comfortable waiting area. Nurse's have Great personalities! Looking like they have a physical therapy area. People looked comfortable here. Met with Dr. C. Nice man, I felt like I was a little rushed with his visit, (my appointment time was 10 min late). I understand that appointments run behind, but to feel it as a patient, I did not like that. It was important information that I was receiving and I felt as if it was told than.. see ya! I had to step in and ask a few questions, felt as though, it was a bother. Everyone is Important! Every word a Doctor says, is important! They, the doctors need to slow down and allow the patient to process and ask the questions they need to, its new news to us. Please allow for the time to take it in. Over all, good place! update - I did make a few calls back to question, I was called back by Dr. C.

I've spent my share of time in the hospital in my 82 years, and this team stands out as extraordinary. I want to give special thanks to Sweety Prethish MD, Renee Hendrickson, and Russell the lab tech. Thank you for your kindness and exceptional professionalism.

I Paid for a doctor visit the day of my visit.19 days latter I received a bill for the same visit. Trusting them I paid a second time. Luckily I caught this! Transferd to an automated line, call back within 24 hours? wtf
