Food was really good. Becky are server was very good as well. The decor needs some sprucing up. I did not like the wheels on the chairs. We would definitely come back!

Edit: Just went second time. 5 stars again! Went for the Thanksgiving buffet. Everything was beyond my expectations. The food was delicious, the staff was excellent, the view was gorgeous and a very talented pianist playing a grand piano topped it all off. I will go back again. I highly recommend Rix's Rooftop. Go... you'll be so glad you did.

Putting lipstick on a pig would be a compliment for this place, except pigs are cleaner than this dirty and disgusting try for what RIX is trying to call a restaurant. When you step outside the elevator to enter the restaurant, and the smell of urinal cake hits your senses, that should have been the 1st indication of what you're about to encounter. The service is almost non-existent and if you actually get service, is rude, and not at all helpful. Fire your staff, and close it down. Better yet.....put up a pole, and this place would fit right in with it's current tasteless, no class atmosphere. Better luck next time.

Absolutely loved the timing, presentation,quality, and price of our food. Our server named Charlie did an excellent job and made the experience relaxing and comfortable as this restaurant is a bit fancier than I'm used to. Will be back. Great chicken strips. Only area of concern for me was I tasted everything that was served to our party of four and it seems like all our food was a little sweet like the cook uses a lot of added sugars whrn preparing the food.

Arrived at 6 for our reservation. There was some confusion finding said reservation. Seated and asked for beer list. Received beverage menu which contains no beer selections. Placed drink and food order. They were out of the charcuterie board we ordered. Next we received our soup. Then my drink. Followed a few moments later by my husband's drink. I was then informed that they were out of the short ribs I ordered. I made a second selection. Then the waiter came back and offered the short ribs as they are not out. When our dinners arrived they were warm but not hot. The food quality and presentation was satisfactory for the price. Wait times between courses were a bit long. The waiter made excuses and blamed his co-workers. The manager did talk with us about our service and discounted our bill for the inconvenience, mentioned that our waiter was new.
