WOW - talk about personal support!  Melissa Fail with RLX Travel Group did a fantastic job making our vacation stress free and essentially perfect!  I have used travel agencies in the past for cruises & short trips with success, but Melissa went above and beyond with the personal support and attention to detail.  She really wanted to know what we were looking for to make our very own perfect vacation.    From picking the perfect flight times -to finding a magnificent bungalow on the beach -to working some magic with the resort for all those extras you don't get without asking.  Thank you so much for  making our 20th anniversary vacation in Bermuda so special!

RLX is by far the best travel agency I have ever used. Melissa Fail was very professional, but also extremely knowledgable about everything I wanted to know. She made the entire process easy for me and had everything I needed in order. From the moment I started planning the trip until I returned home I was stress free. She helped plan my off shore trips based on everything I wanted, and when in those countries everything was smooth without a single incident. I will never use anyone else and I highly recommend Melissa Fail to anyone whether a frequent or non frequent traveler. She truly cares about providing the best trip and experience as if you were a part of her family. I will be a customer of RLX Travel Group for the rest of my life. Joey Ballard

RLX Travel Group planned two separate trips for me. Everything was so easy! All my documents and pertinent information were delivered in a tidy carrying case. I had access to my consultant 24/7 and was inspired after my experience with her to get involved in the travel industry myself. Would recommend!

Excellent service! Melissa was always available to answer any question. She even gave us suggestions on making the connection to our charter flight. I highly recommend RLX Travel Group.
