I drive 35 minutes, past 2 other bike shops because of the knowledgeable, friendly staff.  Got me in and out today VERY quickly on a tire repair.  The only bike shop in the area with a friendly, non bike snob staff.  When I needed a recumbent trike a few years ago, I visited several area shops.  None of them had an inkling of knowledge about recumbent trikes, but Road Fish team were experts (and even have recumbent trike rentals).  For me, it's the only bike shop in town.

Over the years I bought bicycles, had repairs done, and purchased accessories and was always satisfied with Road Fish Bike Shop.  They did an upgrade (handle bars, grips, risers, shifter, etc.) to my Trek 5200 carbon fiber bike which made a world of difference in my riding comfort.  Always friendly staff and easy to talk to.  Never any pressure to buy anything that you don't need.

My visit was to purchase a new bike helmet. The gentleman with whom I dealt was very knowledgeable and helpful in locating and ordering it from the catalog.

Bought a bike for my wife on Saturday and had it delivered in her size by Wednesday so she got to enjoy it for the rest of the week. The guys there spotted some things on my my bike that could be better and adjusted it while we were in the store. Much more friendly than the other bike store on the island, which unfortunately is where I bought my bike from.
