Good value. Have stayed here several times over the years. Full service campground that is older, but well maintained. Cool and hot swimming pools are available and clean, washrooms are clean, and laundry facilities are available on site. Free WiFi available, but worth what you pay for it. Prices are quite economical, but they take only cash, and accept no reservations. Many units are long-term, but they have a moderate age limit on the units, so the park looks good. Best place to stay in Vegas that we have found. Sam's Town close by was good until KOA took it over.

Been Staying here for about 8 months while handling business in town. Very quite, proffessional staff, security guards over night. Overall no problems. Reasonably priced. Very nice bathrooms and Cleaning facilitys. Pool is always clean year round. Thank you Cookie and Guy for making me and my family feel welcomed while I stay in Vegas.

Very nice spot....near vegas and all national park and state.  Clean washroom  and safe... securite pass all night...

The male employee performing the check-in was rude and condescending and acted though I was an inconvenience and that he was doing me a favor to check me in there.  It was reaching the end if business day and I wanted to get 3 or4 days to park my RV until my Resort Reservation was available otherwise I would have left. The check-in was more of a brutish interegation than a customer business transaction. The sign posted States one amount but once you give all of your information you are advised if a rate increase.  Though there were several vacancies the person assigned a space to me that turned out to be next to an apparently permanent resident where there were none dilapidated vehicles parked in the space.  When  I inquired about a corner space after being assigned a space at check in the person stated that their weren't any.  I discovered that there were several.  I inquired as to the rate increase with the manager the next day and she shared that same lack if Customer service attitude as though to answer questions were beneath her.  There is also a deposit to get keys for the laundry, pool and restrooms.  Thankfully I didn't need to use any of the facilities.  This place in directly on a main through way and apparently must have issues with people walking in off the street.  The parking lot Security Male was  very pleasant and friendly.  He made it a point to greet with a smile as he patrolled the lot driving through nightly.  The place looks like a parking lot.  It's good for a couple of over night stays if you have no other options.  I was wishing that I'd come across Kings Row down the road for that 3 or 4 nights.  They were very reasonably priced and very pleasant and courteous to deal with
