I have shopped at many shell stations in my life and I have to say there are 2 stations in little rock that have the worst service ever. On Cantrell road I was getting some lunch snacks. There was a line all the way to the bathrooms. There was an older lady named Jackie who was doing her best to help the customers. There was an older gentleman (who I later realized was the manager) who stood by the pastry shelf and laughed at the very important conversation he was having on his cell phone. (I assume it was important because he did not end the call to help the cashier.) I have been in there many times and had the same experience. This same lady (Jackie) is always up front alone helping customers. She always apologizes for the long wait. But where is the manager? Or other cashiers? Its always a long wait. So I tried the shell on Broadway. It was 100x worse! I will never go there again. The cashiers were rude, loud and had terrible attitudes. The cashier that helped me was Kela. She has the worst attitude to be someone in a customer service position. I was counting my money out and setting it on the counter to count it out. Then I slid it toward her. She held her hand out and stared at me. I didn't know what she wanted. Then she stated "if you want your gas you can put the money in my hand." I wasn't being rude. I was counting it out and didn't think it was a big deal to put it on the counter. So I ask... Where is the management for these stores? Is this how these stores are run? Awful service!

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because in October, a very sweet assistant manager helped me sign up for a rewards card. She said she did not want me to pay full price for gas again. She is the only one at that location (Broadway) that I have ever had a good experience with. The other cashiers are extremely rude and unprofessional. They yell at customers, curse, have attitudes, talk on their cell phones and ignore customers. This place is usually dirty, out of something and long lines. I tried to send an email to the main office but they have yet to respond. I can only hope they do not know what is going on in this store. I've been to other locations like the one in Conway and it is a million times better!
