Awesome staff! They get new people every now and then, like all businesses do. Due to the new employees, rarely my iced white rocket comes out a little bitter but I just let them know and they always make up for it with a free drink and fix the original one. Much love for this stand!!!

Best coffee drinks in the Tri-Cities. They are local and roast their own coffee. They blow Dutch Brothers and Starbucks out of the water. Nothing, absolutely nothing compares to Roasters Coffee in this region.

My absolute FAVORITE coffee shop in the area.  After just a few visits, the barista's took the time to learn my name and memorize my drink (which is always made perfect).  They always provide quick service and quality drinks while still making a connection with the customer, which I find impressive as it is always busy when I stop in.

I love roasters, but today was a sad experience. We ordered 4 drinks. One was a 16 oz.  single shot, and you made & charged me for a 20oz. When I ask for a 16 oz. single shot, it tasted way different than a 20 oz. because the coffee gets drowned out by the excessive pumps of mocha and milk. Plus, you charged me for a 20 oz. 

Then, I ordered 2 lemonades without ice, and you extra charged for NO ICE. Next time I'm getting Minute Maid Lemonade I will go to McDonalds. 

Also, you only gave us 2 stamps when we ordered 4 drinks. It was just so sad & lame, like ya'll were being super stingy or something. I'll be over at Dutch Bro's in the future, they are always great. 

I would have gone back to fix these things if I weren't in a hurry today. But I think you should know that it made my day super sad. 😦 I go to get coffee for a pick me up! Not for lamesauce experiences.
