Story

Crafting the perfect cup of coffee is an art, and it's our passion. We believe that everyone deserves a truly premium, and correctly brewed cup of coffee. We not only strive to serve the better cup, we promise to. Unlike many, our cafe is both barista operated, and barista owned. We have set extensive protocols to ensure both perfection and consistency in our craft. But what good would all of that be without you? We love coffee, but even more so we love people. We love connection. The Local is meant to be a place of not only great coffee, but great conversation. Nothing brings humans together like coffee does. The modern espresso industry has not only revolutionized the way that we look at coffee, but the way that we look at each other. People are connecting in places they would never expect. Every day we see strangers sharing moments, meeting and venturing into something that they potentially would never have had they not decided they needed that cup of coffee. That is what excites us the most.
