Story

Dr. Dell and Denise met in college and married in 1981. After Denise taught for four years in schools, she stayed home to raise their five children whom they have all homeschooled. She has worked as his office manager since 1993 where they concluded their 23 years of homeschooling.

Together, they strive to make you feel comfortable about your dental needs. Dr. Dell patiently explains each procedure and calms your fears. Denise is willing to assist you and answer all your questions regarding your insurance and financial concerns.

Dr Dell was recommended to me by my fiance' and I couldn't be more  pleased with his work and care.  I feel that Dr Dell and the office, actually treat his patients as extended family or friends and truly is interested in "our" lives.  He has offered his input on a non dental issue that I found helpful and reassuring and didn't hesitate to share his experiences.  

But back to the reason you chose a dentist and continue to stay with them and that is the  quality of work.  Dr Dell has always laid out all the available procedures, costs and what would be best for me.  I have had  teeth crack due to stress, filings and age and he was able to repair when others would automatic want to use a crown, thus saving this non-insured patient some $'s.  I have always appreciated that the office would fit me in  quickly when I needed an appointment.

I have been a patient for over 35 years and I can honestly say Dr Dell is the only dentist who can work on my teeth with very little discomfort to me.     He takes great care of my teeth and is very particular in how he handles all issues that arise.  His wife,Denise is a great asset to his office.  She has helped me with insurance issues and is very good to work with.  It is always a pleasure to see both of them and that says a lot.

Dr. Dell has been great on teaching me what I need to do to take care of my teeth. I have never had any problems with any of the work he has done. He helped guide when my son had some orthodonic issues.  Most of all Dr. Dell & his sweet wife, Denise's, care & compassion for the Lord & other's.

Dr. Dell and his wife are very kind, courteous, old fashioned people. They make me feel welcome and well taken care of with each visit. They are very accommodating of my busy schedule. Mrs. Dell is very knowledgable about insurance matters and handles them with expertise. Dr. Dell knows a great deal and cares a great deal about his patients. He is meticulous and always takes extra time to explain and improve my dental health. On my first visit, I had a baffling pain/sensation in my tooth,   and would have never thought the solution would be to file it down--- yet, Dr. Dell did just that, free of charge, and the pain was history.

I have been a patient of Dr. Robert Dell since March of 1981,  over 36 years.  From the first I felt that Dr. Dell was extremely fussy about his job while taking care of my teeth.  His wife and secretary, Denise was  a huge help with the business and was always on target with billing.  We really felt as if we became more than friends.  They are easy to work with and it is nice to know when you are going to the dentist it is also like catching up with friends.  We have recently moved to Florida and now I will be on the quest for someone like the Good Dr. Dell.
