Bob is a wonderful person to work with. He is diligent in making sure everything is done fairly and accurately while simultaneously making sure that I am able to maximize my returns. I highly recommend him.

They lost my W-2's then I still had to nag the office constantly for them to even do my taxes. Every time I would get "they just need to be reviewed" until I finally delivered and ultimatum to get them done. At which time I got a call that there was some information that was missing. So clearly I was being lied to the entire time that it didn't need to "just be reviewed" and it needed to be completely. 4 months later my taxes are finally done and they send me a bill! I get a bill for them performing half-assed service. And they they send me to collections. So it's ok for them not do their job but it's not ok for me to not pay them promptly. Do NOT got to this firm. You'd be better off going to Liberty tax or something.

Accountant fraudulently prepared and filed my taxes without my knowledge or consent. Had to file formal complaint with IRS and State Tax Commission. Highly unethical.

Well, you can quit looking as you just found the best with this man. He is professionally thorough and leaves no stone unturned! He is also very prompt and answers all inquiries thoroughly. Obviously I definitely recommend this man and you'll be glad you used him.
