There were birches; there were roads diverging and yellow woods; there was a little house and inside it mostly focused on the "Stopping by the Woods" poem. But this was everything I'd always imagined Robert Frost is and was, and it made me long for a life like that.

Although the Museum was closed for the season when we arrived, it was such a joy to wander the grounds and step onto the porch where Robert wrote "Stopping by the Woods on a Snowy Evening." 5 Stars for the privilege to be there, feel the vibe, and walk in the steps of a legend; the great American 20th Century poet who made such a difference in how we look at our lives and travel down our "roads" taken or not taken. Well worth a detour in or out of season.

Nice but not much to it.

aside from the less then friendly staff, this museum is worth the visit. well preserved, lots of information, beautiful souvenirs, and an amazing hiking trail on the property

Well I love Robert Frost's poetry, so how could I not love his home. The grounds are well maintained too.
