Mr. Vigil promised quality for a high cost & did not deliver. He is the only licensed painter on his crew, & he did not lead or supervise his crew on this job. For $4K estimated & $2K down on a ~600sq. ft interior for painting, we did not want paint on our furniture, floors, windows, patio, or in our yard, but that is what we got even after repeated requests to take actions that would leave us with quality results & no problems. We also got areas that went unpainted & a perspective from Mr. Vigil that those areas were painted; they were not. We got doors that did not close after painting & stain that did not match. We went to address issues with him, & our upset & dissatisfaction were met with Mr. Vigil's unwillingness to listen, his excuses & defenses, & his threats that he would walk out & not return; he did walk out. He & his crew delivered dissatisfaction, sloppy & incomplete results that left us with messes where there were none prior & extra work to put right what he & his crew did not do properly.
