I'm not familiar with all the ins and outs of insurance and Robert Stevenson's agency helped guide me with my insurance needs. They explained the different coverages available, but also made recommendations for policies I needed and hadn't even given thought to. They provided great customer service, making the entire process pleasant and giving me piece of mind. I highly recommend you give them a call.

I bought a 2006 Honda Civic a few years back and now my financial situation has drastically changed (due to the economy). I thought that I would have to return my car back to the dealership because it was getting hard for me to pay my monthly payments. However, I called my State Farm Insurance gal, Sylvia Rivera to see if she can give me a referral to a bank that may help me refinance my car. Ms. Rivera said that I called the right place! I was stunned to find out that State Farm has a BANK!!! so she helped me with the refinance application over the phone and in minutes I was approved with an awesome rate and now I can sleep at night knowing that I am going to have VERY LOW monthly payments!!! Thank you Sylvia and State Farm Bank!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently moved to Manhattan and needed Renters insurance. I called the Robert Stevenson Agency and from the start, the experience was phenomenal. I couldn't ask for more!! I love State Farm Insurance!
