I am very satisfied with the products and services I receive through John at Allstate. I feel the personal attention through my agents E-mails and my current rates are quite affordable. All my needs and concerns are met well beyond even my expectations. I get many offers to switch to other insurance companies, but I am not leaving Allstate period.

John Wiltshire has always  been very responsive and quick to respond to questions about my apartment insurance and very helpful when the need arose. I can recommend his services unequivocally. It is reassuring to know he is there to help.

This agency always gets the job done in a timely and efficient manner.  The representatives are knowledgeable, patient, and seem eager to assist.  I recommend them to anyone living in the midtown area.

John has been my Allstate agent for several years and has been very responsive and helpful whenever I have had to make adjustments to my coverage. He and his staff are quick to follow-up and are definitely experienced and knowledgeable. Luckily I haven't had to file any claims yet but feel confident that if I ever do, the process will be handled as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

Luckily we've never had to make a claim, but the agency has consistently been great with communication. The times we've forgotten to make a monthly payment, we've received a friendly reminder. Speaking with staff is always a great interaction. I'd recommend to anyone shopping for insurance in Manhattan.
