This has to be the single worst dealership experience I have ever had.... I have recently purchased a 2014 Audi s4 from Robert Loehr Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram, the purchasing process was fine and Donald Craig was understanding and was an awesome help. The car had a dent in the rear left quarter panel that we had an agreement would be fixed. I went through a hassle to even get an appointment on 1/5/18. When I brought the car they said the dent was too big and needed a different person to fix the dent. I dropped the car off Monday (1/8/18) with them saying it will be done Tuesday.... I just got the car today.... Thursday (1/11/18). The best part of this whole experience is the dent was not fully fixed.... There is still obvious damage that was not fixed, or even caused by the repair...

(p.s) Although I cannot prove it I highly suspect them of rolling back my odometer I would recommend taking a video showing your odometer, face and date before dropping of your vehicle.

Please please please listen to the people that say these guys are crooks and especially pay attention to what you sign..   There are a “few” good people that work here but here’s the deal, they will take you and all you have if your not a very strong person!!  I’m a single mom and barely make enough money. They lied to the finance folks and said I was a teacher..  I’m only a substitute and don’t make much but I also clean a few houses .... they offered me to clean the dealership, I did but these people are drunks on the job and left very big messes for me!  I tried for a while to clean but the money they paid was a joke..  here’s the thing, I tried the very next day to get my car back and they said no basically.. I cried for about three months..  I hate what these people did to me and my little boy..  I’m in such a financial strain it’s really sad.  These people DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU..   For the ones that give a good rating it’s probably made up or either it’s the well off folks they treat well..  I’m not sure but I know who has vengeance and it’s God..  I hope all you “boys and little girls” that worked there read this... because it’s true and you know it!!!!    You are crooked and you will reap what you sow!!   Keep in mind, I do remember the “few” that were very kind and I did say “few”!

These guys play more silly sales tactic games than any other dealership I've experienced. 

I went here to sell my truck,  they offered me a certain amount. I told them I would consider it.  After a few days i decided to take their offer,  and even decided to buy a new truck from them, and they decided now they wanted to give me substantially less for my trade.

After i left without making a deal they called me back the next day and said they had a buyer for my truck and made the same offer again,  which I declined. 

They lost a good solid customer that day,  and the sad thing is I had just referred a friend there the same week who bought a brand new RAM 1500.

Complete failure.

Service department here is ineffective. We both a Jeep from here a little over a year ago and have had to drop it off 7 times now for repairs. Check engine light continues to come one and were told they have replaced everything they can and conducted certain tests but can't figure out what is going on. We were told that it is just a "Phantom light" because they can't figure it. I am done working with Robert Loehr, I will not recommend buying a used car from them nor using their service department. We bought a "barely" used wrangler 2015 with only 25k miles and within 3 days of getting it home the check engine light was on. It stays off for about a week once reset but then it comes right back for same issues. It is very discouraging to hear a service manager tell you, "we can't figure out what's going on, we don't think there is any danger in driving it, its just a Phantom light at this point"...

Would not recommend this place to anyone.. The salesman I dealt with sold the vehicle to someone else before the deal was done!!! Bad salesman that enjoys stringing you along. Have the common courtesy to keep the customer informed with the truth!!
