Story

As Florist-Farmers, we produce the majority of the flowers that we use in our designs. Robin Hollow Farm grows a wide range of gorgeous flowers in the fields and greenhouses, as well as a few special herbs and plants.

Robin Hollow Farm provides full-service floral design for all types of weddings and events, using our flowers and beyond. Our specialty is to listen carefully and create gorgeous arrangements that reflect the vision of our clients. Our point of view is to focus on the flowers themselves, with an opulent, fresh style, whether the event is modern or romantic, large or small. We specialize in unusual and botanical design. All events are custom designed with your vision and needs in mind.

Polly and the flowers she designed and delivered for my daughter’s wedding exceeded my expectations in every way. We chose her as our floral designer because of the unusual combinations of flowers and greens I saw in her work at another smaller event. . Every angle featured a beautiful view - perfectly gracious and elegant with touches that recognized the sophisticated vibe the bride was seeking. I would hire her again with confidence and excitement and encourage others to do the same.

Polly worked with me to stay within our budget for our Newport wedding. When she showed up with the flowers the day of the wedding I was absolutely floored- the flowers were GORGEOUS! I even asked Polly if the flowers were fake because I couldn't get over how beautiful they were. She put together something more beautiful than I could've ever thought of on my own-- and I consider myself pretty picky and quite the perfectionist. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRIDES!

BEWARE! Was so disappointed with Polly at Robin Hollow Farm. I met her face to face for close to an hour, had a long call with her and my mom and countless emails over close to four months. I told her in writing that I locked her in and sent the deposit and signed contract. Later, she wrote me an email saying that my date was "no longer available". She didn't even have the courtesy to call me. I was devastated, as my wedding is just months away. I think she took a larger order last minute and bailed on me. I ended up finding The Local Bouquet/Mary Kate whom has been wonderful so far, perhaps a blessing in disguise.

We had an amazing experience with Robin Hollow Farm. We originally planned to do our flowers ourselves, but seeing as we live across the country from Rhode Island we knew it would be far too difficult. After going through a number of florists requesting quotes and listening to their interpretations of what we wanted, we felt the most connected and heard by Polly and Robin Hollow Farm. We went straight to work sharing a Pinterest board. Polly was extremely communicative. When I only had about 12 hours in Rhode Island over the summer, she made time to meet with me and members of the wedding party to further discuss our vision, show us the garden (beautiful) and to put us at ease. With a month out, Polly willingly phone conferenced with us well after business hours (we were only available after 4:00 west coast time) to finalize details. The day of the wedding, I was so happy with the beautiful bouquets, the handsome boutonnieres, corsages, and the centerpieces. Polly fulfilled and exceeded our expectations. We got compliments all night long, and I cannot stop looking at my bouquet. Definitely consider working with Robin Hollow Farms!
