Signed a contract in October, told work would be done in 2 weeks. 3 months later nothing is completed and now they are telling me they can’t do anything until April? That was only after I filed a BBB complaint because the owner or his son wouldn’t respond to a single message that was left. Horrible business practices.

Mike is very unprofessional.  Im not sure if its a side business or just a hobby for him.  Mike did some work on my roof and when it leaked water, I called him right away.  His phone was shut off and the other number I had didn't work either.  About a month later i tried again and one number has full messages so you cant leave a message but he did call me back.  But he never showed up to fix the problem when he said he would stop by.  He doesn't guarantee his work or take responsibility for his work once he is paid.  He told me the water was flowing through the concrete and stone which it is not.  It's coming from His bad sheet metal work and roof repairs.   Very unreliable, unprofessional, and overall I believe if he came out again it still wouldn't be fixed thats probably why he didn't show up.

I just recently had my roof replaced by Robinson Roofing. I was recommended by a colleague, a past customer of Robinson, whom I very much respect regarding the recommendation. At the onset I was scheduled for roof to begin on a Tuesday and rain pushed the start date out one day. The office was very good about communicating this to me as well as all communications during the process. The crew that replaced my roof was a team of very hard workers completing my roof very quickly. They had outlined what the process was in a contract and followed it verbatim. They cleaned the entire area and even notified me that after they left that the dumpster would be moved the next day and there would be a small deposit of sand under the dumpster. I got up on the roof at the conclusion and walked each and every area of my roof to make certain that workmanship was acceptable. My home is only twelve yrs old and my previous roof would continuously have shingles blow off. The shingles had been nailed too high, only penetrating one layer of shingle and not allowing the engineered sealant to adhere, thus my dedication to details on my new roof. My new roof from Robinson was very reasonable in overall cost as well as competitive in material quality. Judging by the service extended to date, should I have any future issues with my roof, I would anticipate the same level of service going forward. I would recommend Robinson for your roofing requirements.

I had high expectations based on the reviews but was very unimpressed.  I felt as though they were talking down to me throughout our discussions and trying to rush me to a decision.  I will not be going back again or recommend them.
