I am a single first time home buyer, I found Devonna Craner by chance and choosing her was the best decision I made during the whole process. My particular closing was a hot mess due to financing and lender mismanagement but Devonna was the most professional and competent person in the whole thing. She literally saved me thousands of dollars and even now, after closing, is helping me pursue appropriate recourse for damages/compensation. 
Devonna treated me with respect and my situation with tremendous care- she educated me on various aspects of the process throughout and advocated for me above and beyond what is expected of an agent. Working with her was a literal joy, honestly, she was the only person I could count on to respond in a timely manner or follow up appropriately. There were so many instances where my lender or someone on the other side of the transaction would pull unethical or sketchy things and Devonna spoke up for me. She was incredible. She made it a point to educate me on what she read as questionable practices, as well as my rights, she shared her expertise and laid out options for me throughout, she took things to the next level when they seemed to be falling apart. She was transparent and communicative throughout the whole process (responding to late night emails and texts), and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. 
Buying a house is a scary and exciting thing, it helps to be able to trust the people you are working with.  Devonna Craner earned my trust on a level I did not think was possible from such a relationship. Reach out to her for your real estate needs, she really cares about her clients.
