John and team successfully negotiated our fairly complex short sale. They were able to get approvals from our two mortgagors, one of which was a credit union. From day one, we were impressed with John’s knowledge and patience; he thoroughly explained everything and reminded us that we were in charge. Although the process took longer than anticipated, John's team made sure to keep us updated with no less than weekly communication. We especially want to acknowledge how helpful and responsive Rick (Listing coordinator) was during the short sale negotiation. While we wish we could have avoided a short sale altogether, we are extremely grateful to have worked with a team of experts who got the job done.  We would recommend John and the rest of the team at Centurion Realty Group to anyone looking to Short Sale their home.

All we can say is that Prithi with Centurion Realty Group is EXTREMELY amazing!!! No word can describe her personality and what she does to help her clients. We would not have been able to purchase the house we got without her help and hard work. We were looking for an agent for a long time and finally came across her profile on her website and contacted her. She very quickly contacted us and arranged a time and location to meet with me and my husband. During our first meeting with her, we found her to be extremely knowledgeable, organized, honest, and dependable. 

Prithi worked very hard and was always available by phone, text, and email. She helped us with purchase of a foreclosure house which was under a very unusually complicated process and was able to close the deal for us. We were very frustrated with what was involved with the foreclosure paper works and the process and wanted to walk away from the deal, but she calmed us down and gave us hope and everything finally worked out. It wouldn’t have been possible without her help and hard work. We are truly blessed to come across her on her website and thanks to all who wrote a review for her. We truly appreciate the recommendation and wanted to share our experience with everyone out there who are looking for a truly dedicated agent!

This was our first home either of us have ever owned and Rick and Prithi from Centurion Realty Group both made us feel very comfortable throughout the home buying process, making sure that we fully understood everything. The best thing about them is that they are not looking to make a quick sale. They will show you house after house until you have found the right one. We must have looked at 100 houses before deciding upon the right one. Secondly, their availability was great. They were patient with us and gave us their honest opinion as if they were buying this home for themselves, which we both really appreciated. We both have strange schedules and they were very accommodating to our needs. I can specifically remember submitting offers at 10pm because both of our work schedules vary everyday. Overall the experience was wonderful, I would highly recommend the Centurion Team to anyone. They were very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and always had our best interest in mind.   Becky from Orlando

We worked with Brian from Centurion Realty Group.  He is an amazing professional that goes above and beyond to exceed your expectations. We contacted Him from Utah when searching the internet to relocate to Orlando, Florida. He was always there when I had a question about the area and sympathized with my concerns about schools and neighborhoods since we have a son (who was 4 at that time and ready to start Kindergarten). He was so great that we decided to travel and meet with him to see the Orlando/Windermere area. Brian went beyond my expectations, as a Realtor he is honest and a very competent professional with an absolute knowledge of the area, very patient with my requests, doubts and daily challenges. He found the perfect home for us, was on top of every detail and helped us to do the walkthrough. He got the house in record time and at an absolute fantastic price due to his negotiations with the developer. After moving to the city we didn’t just have our home but also a dear friend who is the key of our great experience of living in a fantastic Windermere community with the best school in the area for my son.
