I found it by chance trying to exit downtown crossing subway station: i was forced through the shop to exit! Now, its a great stop on way home after working or playing dowtown. Fresh fruits & wine tasting after work hours during the week. Be careful, everything sold at the street level registers where the prepackaged & salad bars are will be charged sales tax as a restaurant, but downstairs will be treated as groceries...the line looks long downstairs, but it goes a lot faster than it looks!

Very convenient store : open quite late every day, and direct underground access to subway station Downtown Crossing.
Very central, but consequence : little bit expensive.

Quite deep choice of product and prepared food to go, upside streer level.

I had our bouquets, boutonnières, and center pieces for my wedding made at Roche Brothers last weekend. I contacted them within a week of the wedding from out of state and sent pictures to Hillary of what I wanted. They were less expensive than other quotes I had received and all of our arrangements were absolutely gorgeous! If you are having trouble choosing a florist, look no further. A big thank you to Hillary and the catering team for making what appeared to be the impossible happen!

We keep having problems with cashiers:

- items are being charged twice (this happened 3+ times to us, we noticed this when we looked into our receipt at home).
- not all items getting packed. My husband has just got home and we don’t see one of the items in our bag(pomegranates). Though we paid for the item, it’s on the receipt. Of course we’re not coming back to the store to deal with this, but this is so disappointing.

The store has good selection, but it’s annoying to experience problems at checkout.

It is very clean and nicely stocked ,the cashiers can be a problem ringing in things more than once ,has happened to me multiple times  .So always ask for your receipt .When something is wrong the manager use to be very helpful now not so much ,  .I was very happy to see it open in downtown because it was really needed and the people who stock the store are wonderfuly helpful.
