Cozy nice cafe with good food. I really like the cozy decoration of the place, it's a mid size room with a warm vibe. The food is good, we ordered Eggs Benedict & Any Way Saute Mushroom. Both dishes were well cooked and presented. Coffee is also good, not the best in the area but definitely better than most of the places in Victoria.eggs
Best place to eat in the area! To die for, delicious healthy food. Different menu everyday. They can turn a schnitzel into a food feast. Don't even get me started on the coffee and the cakes!
Nice café with good food and coffee. The food is tasty and big portions and some items are good value for money like the sandwiches and American pancakes. The pancakes needed a bit more toppings though because the pancakes were so big. Service is good and the workers are generally really friendly. English breakfast is very good and large portion. Turkey bacon however is tasteless and super processed, much prefer real bacon. The wait can be long when the café is busy such as Saturday morning.
Thoroughly enjoyed my time here. A quaint little café with a beautiful atmosphere. The staff was very kind, the food was delicious and flavorful- came much quicker than the average waiting time. The prices were fair, and I would definitely come again.
A very nice small cafe where we had breakfast two times on our weekend trip. Nice friendly staff, good breakfast choices and nice pricing.
So nice place! Excellent traditionnal English breakfast in a warm, welcoming and kind place, with very warm and kind people. Thanks a lot for your kindness and very special small attentions that make you feel very special! We do will come back. You can go with closed eyes, all is perfect here.
Walking back to the office and the people sitting outside had some lovely looking salmon dish so on the off chance I popped in and asked if I could order a take away sandwich. Told the lady behind the counter what I would like of course not on the menu I like to be awkward not a problem came the reply. Five minutes later out came a freshly prepared lunch cut in half and wrapped separately making it easy to handle and of course it was rather large and a little too much for one sitting. The sting in the tail I was waiting to be told an extortionate price as I ordered a bespoke item, but £4.95 in Central London freshly made huge enough to genuinely feed 2 people comfortably there was NO sting in the tail. Highly recommended and a return visit is definitely on my radar the next time I venture out of the office.
I have been going here since almost 2 years as I live around. Love this place for the latte, cappuccino, matcha latte and the pastries. The cakes are upon availability, if the banana bread or carrot cake is around, go for it ! They have a lot of choice even for brunch. But bear in mind that the place is quite small they have just a few table for seating. The staff is super friendly! I don’t come back as often as I wish since it became a bit pricey now. It would be great if they could have a fidelity program for locals to return daily, even just for the take aways !
The first time I visited the cafe, my experience was very good with great coffee and chocolate, and very helpful and polite staff. The second time the experience was absolutely awful with below-average quality re. our beverages and one of the waitresses and most likely the more senior one extremely rude and saying "this is the order I have" for something that was clearly a miscommunication with her colleague which led to a wrong order. Nice atmosphere but generally overpriced; based on the above, I will not visit again.
Lovely place - the decor is beautiful and the vibe is very nice. I only got one thing but it was very nice. The only complaint - and it's a very small one - is that considering all I ordered was a sandwich from the counter, it took quite a while to come to me. Otherwise great, and I would come back here!
