I stopped by to get a few things adjusted on my bike. They staff was very helpful and friendly.  They got me taken care of very quickly, their pricing was fair, the location was super convenient. 

Couldn't ask for more.

Picked up my bike and it was covered in grease marks. I am so disappointed in my first experience at this place. These were not small marks that are understandable,  but noticeable dark grease smudges and hand prints. I am not even crazy about keeping it that clean, but this was just downright disrespectful. Makes me question how they care for the bikes behind the scenes.

I've had my bike serviced at other bike shops and never had this happen before.  Took it home and had to spend a good amount of time cleaning the entire thing... I could not believe how many places they managed to smear grease on the frame and seat. 

Not to mention I never got a call or anything letting me know when the bike was ready to be picked up. Waited 2 weeks and no one ever called. Not going back, there's too many other places in this area that actually earn the business.

Best service & treatment I've received at a bike shop.  There's no snobbery or condescension, & the staff is always helpful & eager to not simply lend a hand, but also to solve problems.  Couldn't say more good stuff about these guys

Great people and good prices. The really do stand behind their stuff. I had an issue with some shoes I had purchased A while back. No problem. They took care of it quick with no hassle.
