Needed an inner tube for my BOB stroller, 16x1.75.  They had it in stock and installed it right away. About $18. I highly recommend,  the staff was friendly and will be able to help with what you need! The place is easy to get to, clean, and they have a machine for free coffee and tea :)

This is a terrific bike shop. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with courtesy and professionalism.  All my questions, no matter how trivial were fully answered.  I bought a new bike that had to be ordered and Kristen called to keep me up to date on its arrival. I picked it up today and couldn't be happier with my purchase and with the time that the Pure Ride Cycle team took to educate me about my new ride.  They even installed my bike rack for me. Thank you to Kristen, Keiffer, and Craig for setting the bar high on customer service. You have made me a customer for life.

I went in to get some service done on my son's bike.  I also was purchasing a mountain bike.  This shop really is first class.  Both Kristen and Kiefer helped us and it's just how all bicycles business should operate.  Tremendous amount of knowledge and patience for all our questions.  The pricing was more than fair and they threw in some accessories. The bike fitting from Kristen was the most detailed i've ever seen.  They also have a line of bikes for all budgets.  The lower end/entry level to the highest end Carbon for the more experienced rider.  Really glad to have come here.
