Update:

Went back again, tried a few more items.
Still looked nice, but an $8 roll tasted like a $15 roll.
So, instead of tasting great, it comes off as bland.
Dishes were dirty again.
Health score was a 94.

Initial opinion:

Tasted really good, good presentation.  Little pricier than other sushi spots in town.  Overall, the atmosphere was a nice design.  A couple dirty dishes that were easily exchanged for clean ones, but that happens sometimes.  Service seemed fine given it was slow and only one waitress working.  In the end, seems like a one-trick pony version of Hard Rock Cafe, but would probably keep it in rotation with other sushi places I visit.

As far as sushi goes this is probably some of the best you will get in Dothan, Alabama. They have a good selection of rolls for both the adventurous and the basic sushi customer. The staff is great and are very passionate about the sushi and other food items that Rock N Roll offers. The sushi is priced fairly for the portion that is provided and contains quality indgedients. Rock N Roll is one of my favorite places to stop for a late lunch or a date night.

Definitely worth the trip.  The sushi was really well prepared.  Had both the Michael Jackson roll and the Johnny Cash(spicy) roll.  Everything was fresh and had good flavor.  Service was on average.  Nothing spectacular to the experience but will return for the food.

I was surprised to find good sushi in Alabama. Cleaver rolls and cool interior. Will eat here whenever I visit Dothan.
