Shopped there a few months ago and loved it, great deals on comics and friendly staff that offered assistance to everyone. Would be there weekly if I wasn’t over a hours drive away!

The store looks bare compared to other stores. The staff member greeted me but did not offer any assistance. I went there looking for a hoodie and they had three different designs. That's it just three. All they had were smalls and XXL. It's obvious they ordered them last year and all they have left is what they didn't sell. The pic on the google maps is misleading. The store had so much negative space that from a distance you would swear that there was no store at all. The only reason why I am giving two stars and not one is because their online store seems ok. Don't waste your time coming to the mall. Just go to their online store. And as you can see below the owner is less than professional trying to justify his tiny inventory as well as inadvertently confirming that the google pic is misleading as it was taken three years ago. Out of the 23 reviews for this location 7 are negative and each time he treats his customers with little regard. Sorry "bro" but when you own a business your first priority should be a customer's satisfaction.

Always have a great selection of stuff. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Mad props and thanks to the guy who helped me pick out D&D dice and didn't totally make fun of me for being such a new!

Don't set up subscription service unless you can get there every week. A little bit of a drive for me to get to store so I would come every other month. They were great about calling and reminding to come get the next day to pick up my comics. The last time I stopped by to grab my comics everything seemed normal. They called me on Friday and I showed up Saturday. I go through my comics everything seemed fine. When I left I realized I was missing the walking dead and iron man from my pull list. I go back to the store and ask if there was more. The employee told me once my list gets moved to a certain box anyone can grab from it. They tell me this but she was able to grab two issues of the walking dead off the wall. Why wouldn't they be with my list? I am now missing two issues that I will have to search for. I cancelled my pull list worth them. Learn some customer service. I have been using you guys for two years without issue doing things that way and then it just changes with out warning? I was spending between $80-100 per visit. Just be warned the staff might change policies without warning Update- I proved to the owner is timeline was off after he posted something unprofessional about my complaint on Facebook. We got into an argument on their. He claims my pull list was cancelled in October but I picked up comics in November plus I believe December but I can't find my receipt. I received a reminder call in February to pick them up and I did. If what he is saying is true this makes no sense.

Really cool store if you're into games like magic, D&D, and other stuff like that. They have a decent comic selection too. Music selection is super weak though.. perhaps a name change would be appropriate?
