After visiting multiple stores I finally came to this one and not only was the store manager Derek able to fix the issue he was super fast and professional about it. Perfect!! A++

I was sold on the unlimited plans to get away from Verizon. Service is so spotty in this area Sprint should not have a store here. I have had countless conversations with Sprint reps. Some say I have service Some say I don't. Trust me you don't in Flowery Branch. Have stopped in to see the Manager here but he's never there and doesn't return calls. I don't know how much business I have lost leaving a provider with actual service.

Guy I dealt with was annoying and rude. Making inappropriate comments and asking multiple questions that were none of his business nor had anything to do with phones.

Very helpful staff, Derek especially knows the ins and outs of the plans and can assist with anything that's needed. If on sprint, it's worth a bit of an out of the way trip.
