This nail store is amazing! Apparently management changed recently, and definitely for the better. The store is gorgeous, with lots of little decorative details. The place is clean throughout, and the staff was fun to talk to. I got the organic pedicure and manicure, and they did a fantastic job. I've been around a lot of nail places across the country, and this is now one of my favorites.

very upset with this place! i took FOREVER to get in and they did an awful job with my nails. Will not be going there ever again. The guy who did nails was very rude to me.

I love Lee he is amazing I will not go anywhere else in Rapid City but to him!! Due to new ownership though if you want to get booked with him you have to say that you want him you can't to say that you want to get it done even if you're a regular client is the only downside to it! But still Lee is phenomenal you can tell him to just do whatever he wants as long as he gets the shape right for whatever you want done and your nails will turn out amazing he is so creative and just fun to be around whenever you go

The woman used old gel polish and the polish was thick and uneven. Overnight the polish changed or lost color. I am still not sure what happened. I was able to get my nails redone the next day by another tech and it looked amazing. Everyone was polite so I felt bad but the process was a bit annoying

Went to Rock Star for the first time today. The technician was very friendly. I had a fill and gel Polish. Was not very happy with my nails. They weren't even and some looked crooked. The Polish was OK but I honestly could have done a better job.  For what I paid, I'm not sure I will be back. Sorry
