Great pricing. Fast and reliable service. Will check your units and give you advice. Will be honest and tell you to save your money and not replace them if not necessary. We had him replace our furnaces, clean the ducts, inspect and service the A/C units, install UV light for clean air, etc. Nothing but good things to say about every visit. Thank you!

I would strongly recommend Rock Valley HVAC, Inc. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous personnel! Very pleased from the appointment to the service call and explanation. Josh and Carla were most accommodating, helpful and convivial. My furnace is nearly 40 years old and was quickly repaired efficaciously. Very happy to pay a nominal fee. In this day and age solid customer service and Trust are imperative. Again, much appreciated!

Honestly this is the kind of company you always hope to hire when your furnace goes out in a Wisconsin winter. It started off with a pleasurable conversation with Carla, and Josh at my house within 15 minutes. Josh found the problem, and had my furnace up in running in no time. I would highly recommend this company. They have a customer here for life.

These guys are the best. I had a fan go over Easter weekend and they went out to look at it on Easter morning. They would have fixed it then had they not had to order the part but it was back in operation on Monday evening.

Our furnace was making a loud noise after researching online I choose Rock Valley HVAC d/t all the great reviews. I'm so happy I went with them, Josh was great, came out within hour of call. Come to find out it was a vent. Best of all Josh did not charge a service charge!! I am certainly a customer of Rock Valley HVAC from here on out.
