You don't have to travel far to find a great winery in the middle of the Bay Area. Situated in Alameda, Rock Wall Wine Company offers great wines and views of San Francisco. Plus, you can enjoy some delicious food from Scolari's on the side. There's plenty of places to sit outside and inside under a tented dome. And there's plenty of parking, too.

Great place, easy to get a spot for a tasting and lots of attention. I wish they took more time to explain where their wines came from and the difference between them, but overall great atmosphere and people.

Great food. And the Wine is a great selection. Need more shade in summer sun and one walk-up to place food orders.

Rockwall has nice wine and scolari's can be tasty.  However, I wish there was more indoor seating that allowed people to appreciate the view.  It can get very windy when you are seating outside.
