Crappy drinks, lazy bartenders,  no effort to make a decent cocktail,  weird mix of retirees and bros, nothing about this place makes me want to go there even though it's a block from my house.

While the outside and name may make it sound like upscale lounge, that fantasy dies as soon as you walk in. 

The beer and wine selection are on par with most bars but the liquors available were terrible. If you're looking for quality this place is one to avoid. There is also no cocktail menu or bartenders that know how make basic one (mine had to look up what a tequila sunrise was)

The atmosphere is cheap, dated, and not maintained that well. It's small and usually filled with your all-day drinkers. There is one pool table and two arcade games from the 80's. This place is definitely not a lounge and has virtually no cocktails. This is very much on the do not recommend list.

This could truly be your home away from home.  Welcoming people who all know each other.  ATM fee supports local charities.  Great Manhattans and such, good beer selection.

Nice, casual place to throw darts, shoot pool, or just hang out. Getting a bit tired of paying $7 a beer though.
