As soon as we got out of the terminal,  there were two Parking Spot 2 buses  waiting.  The driver, David, was very helpful and kind.  Felt bad i ran out of cash to hand him for tip.  But he was still smiling and pleasant regardless.  After paying at the exit, the cashier asked if we want to have bottled water.  That act of kindness was definitely a big plus.  Will surely use this parking spot again and again.

Very easy to schedule online, drop off to and from airport is easy.  I LOVE the bottle of water after we exit....so thirsty after the trip and loading up the car. My husband and I were traveling with twin 1 years old and my 11 year old. What could have been chaos definitely wasn't. Thank you for making everything pleasant!

It was so much better when it was Rocket Parking. 🙄☹️ ...

They had a group of lady drivers that were so pleasant and made you feel like you were royalty getting you to your gate. They were nice to each other over the radios and communicated so effectively.

Now the people they got are just ... BLAH! They don’t smile. They appear tired and over their jobs.

I mean ... it is just driving ... the same route over and over ... but damn ... i haven’t been out here all day. 

Parking Spot got this so wrong...

I was dissatisfied with the wait at the airport for pick up. The other Parking Spot locations had several pick ups come through. However, your driver was exceptionally nice and helped me as my car was completely dead. He gave me a jump with a battery pack and I was on my way.

Cheap, quick pickup, secure.   My 100% go-to for IAH parking, and then a free cold bottle of water?   Seriously,  these folks are great.
