Very pleased with everyone I encountered. I was running late for my flight out, but that was not their fault--I arrived at the terminal via shuttle very quickly after I parked. I waited maybe 2-3 minutes for a shuttle after I landed and walked outside. The drivers were courteous and cheerful, as was the cashier on my way out. The cashier also helped me find a discount with my Costco membership, and gave me a bottle of water and a rewards card, all with a pleasant attitude and a smile on her face. All in all, very pleased and will absolutely be making them my go-to "parking spot" (ha!) for future trips.

I never have to wait! By the time I am parked and get my trunk opened the driver is already there. Always on time! Friendly, courteous drivers. I appreciate the water on exit.

Arrived to IAH Int'l and witnessed EVERY other parking vendor's bus come through except for Parking Spot Will Clayton.  Called at same time and took over 20 minutes for a bus to arrive.  I am going back to Parking Spot JFK, this was ridiculous.
UPDATE 3/17/18: Guess I didn't learn my lesson 3 years ago because I decided to give them a try on our latest trip and we experienced a similar deallayed experience.  Parking Spot JFK and Spot 2 had 2-3 buses come the International terminal E before we had to place two calls to Spot 1 requesting a shuttle.

Ive been parking at the "original" Parking Spot on Will Clayton since Day one. I enjoy the convenience as its close to home. The speedy, professional and awesome staff.  

There have been times because the parking spot shuttles are waiting right outside the terminal E. From the time I step off an international flight,  catch the spot shuttle, to when I get home its only 25 minutes!
