Had an eleven year old birthday party yesterday. Our hostess was fabulous, but four of our children got pummeled in the face by a girl with a dodgeball until they cried and needed ice. Staff was extremely unhelpful. Management did not remove the girl or help in any way. One staff shrugged his shoulders and said he did not see it. The manager was not polite, did not handle the situation well and did not say she would monitor the girl. The mother of the girl even threatened me. Very disappointing! The girl should have been removed and someone should have been watching that area.

My kids enjoy this place. The facility is kept well and clean. Has a decent area for parents to relax and wait. Staff could be a bit more attentive. Just be watchful of your younger kids as it can get a bit rough in the dodge ball area. They also have a mini-rock climbing wall now.

Was here for a birthday party . . . and we had an OUTSTANDING HOST. Andrew was awesome and made sure everything was taken care of. There's a fine line between attentiveness and hovering and he masterd the difference. Lots of places for kids to jump. Areas for parents to sit down are plentiful. Staffing is good as well, and they now have a climbing wall. The price was very fair; we did the party of 20. I would STRONGLY recommend this place for kids and adults with kids.

We went here for a birthday party and the kids had a great time! The power went out briefly durring a storm but they kept everything and everyone calm and the party got back on track without a hitch! We will be back😊

This is a great Saturday morning activity for getting out of the house with little kids. For $7 per person you can play on the trampolines for two hours (as of June 2017). Good luck wearing the kids out!
