Story

Sky Zone provides guests with thrilling activities fit for all ages and fitness levels where they are guaranteed to have a ‘soaring’ time. Filled with wall-to-wall trampolines, Sky Zone provides a brand new way to move and sets the stage for a variety of activities such as 3-D Dodgeball and SkyRobics - an invigorating and fun, yet highly effective, fitness class that can burn up to 1,000 calories in an hour. Participants can also partake in Open Jump where they can bounce for fun, freestyle their latest moves, or jump into a giant foam pit. In addition, the facility is also the perfect venue for a unique and memorable group outing, offering birthday party packages, corporate team building programs and other group events such as churches, schools and camps.

Amazing place! I tend to stop by often with my two kids and they love it. The staff is amazing!! I attended two parties there and they were both hosted by Melissa, she was great! She goes above and beyond for the parents and the kids. If you ever have a party ask for her to host it, she never disappoints. Overall this Skyzone is great and very clean.

I only come here for tot time. The place as a whole is standard to sub par as far as facilities. I've been to bigger and better jump places but it works and is a functional space. My issue however is the inconsistencies of the staff. All summer we came to total time and I was able to jump with my child with the provided pads pass, I was told I couldn't be off jumping on my own or doing my own activity but I could be jumping WITH my child. But since fall I've been told a different thing every time I've come. Once I was told I could jump but we couldn't be on the same square or holding hands (for context I have a two year old, it's not like we're double jumping, it's like I'm steadying her). Another time I was told I could only jump like that or my child couldnt sit at any point on the trampoline (she fell and was sitting for less than 2 minutes when we were told we had to move but no one else was even in our area). Most recently however I was told I can not jump AT ALL or be on any trampoline unless I buy the $12 pass on top of her $7 pass. I have no interest in jumping, I just want to play with my child. I'm not paying $19 total for that. Rocking jump has similar to the times which are longer and $5 per person (so $10 total) and I will be going there from now on. I've talked to other parents too and we have all experienced this and others have said they no longer want to come.

Way too overcrowded. Staff can't keep up with their own rules letting adults to jump in small kids section. We were at birthday party but they kicked us out of two trampoline room out of three available saying 'private party'. Disappointed. Edit: Contacted by management with apologies and explanations on how they are planning to improve the service. Raising my rating by one star for that. Also, kids liked it, party host was very nice and helpful - giving another star for that.

This place is a load of fun. From dodge ball arenas to foam pits to gigantic trampolines this place has it all. The kids love going here to play and the best part is they are tired out when we are done. It is clean for a trampoline park.

The staff was very nice and concerned about keeping the kids safe. It was clean and seemed well kept. A little on the pricey side, but worth it for the toddler time! My 2-year-old loved the foam pit and basketball area; and I didn't have to worry about older kids trampling him.
