The Rockin’ Jump Trampoline Park Journey
We’re actually pretty easy to understand. We’re people like you who want to exercise, but also like to have fun. Lots of fun. So instead of stairclimbers and weight machines, we decided to create a place where you can soar in open jump arenas, dive into pools of soft foam cubes, play trampoline dodgeball, do flips and somersaults. We also wanted a new alternative for birthday parties and family gatherings, where quality food and private party rooms were guaranteed, and our kids could safely play while we socialized with other parents.
At ROCKIN’ JUMP you get the exercise you need and lots of laughs along the way. It was the vision of two families back in 2010 and quickly became one of America’s most popular recreation and fitness destinations. The Wayne indoor trampoline park location is open daily and offers special activities of all kinds.

Our first experience here was a mixed bag. For the positives, the facility is clean. The activities are exciting and fun. That’s about where the good report ends. Our jump time was 2 pm. We arrived at 1:45 with prepaid tickets. We waited for 25 minutes to get in and had the surprise of buying socks, which were not included. Wait time for most activities was 5 minutes, but the obstacle (ninja warrior) course was a 20 minute wait. That’s long when you’re on a timed schedule. Staff did nothing. They did not enforce rules. Kids were running everywhere, cutting lines, etc. They did not assist struggling children. Some were chatting or on their phones. They were, however, very motivated to tell kids when their time was up. Children were pulled, mid obstacle, if their wristband indicated their slot was over. They took no interest in the fact that their check-in could not get everyone in on time. Therefore children did not get their full time. Way too many kids are in the room at once for you to get your monies worth and avoid meltdowns. I can’t imagine giving it a second try.

The place is clearly brand new and still has to figure out small things. But the staff was amazing. The manager on staff checked in on us and asked if it was too dark for my niece and godson. My godson was too afraid to try the obstacle course and Nick encouraged him to try even if he fell until he finally tried. Honestly they had a great time and the staff was great!

great mostly... but the "ninja challenge" attraction needs a much better system. the employees only focus on doing one thing and don't care or respond to complaints about the frequent rush of cutting children, children doing each station multiple times, children doing the attraction in the wrong direction and children running to whichever station they want to do, regardless of the fact that there are only two employees in the quite large attraction at a time. on another hand in the "free jump" area the half of employees are on their phones and the other second of employees seek children breaking rules. on the third hand it is pretty much the same thing for the "foam pit" attraction, half employees watch for children breaking rules and half let the kids do whatever they want while they scower the inter web. Although these things do piss people off, the area is very clean and there are many attractions for children to do.

While it was clean, there was not enough staff to supervise. Kids going the wrong way on the Ninja warrior course and doing it incorrectly. Bigger kids tackling each other on basketball courts. Could be a great facility when they hire enough staff and properly train the ones They already have.

Great area and activities BUT the trampolines in free jump area aren’t the bounciest, and the “obstacle course” is slightly dangerous. But otherwise very fun and a lot of space to play.
