Called to order same-day and they were amazingly helpful! They seemed truly excited to help and made me feel better about the last minute order and delivery. They even took a pic and text it to me since I am a state away without me even asking- so thoughtful!
They made it super easy to get the plants I wanted and they have a very wide selection.
Was pleasantly surprised yesterday when I went in to the store that their bulk top soil was of such high quality. And also they are delivering in the next few days. Great service. Thank you, ladies!
Called at the last minute from California, so with the time difference it was almost 5p. Heather took my order and said she could deliver the flowers today! My life long friend sent me a picture of the bouquet and it was so beautiful. It made his day. Great customer service. Highly recommended! 10 stars **********
Called yesterday to see if they could get an arrangement together for me. First I was told they didn't have anything I was looking for . So then i asked about a different arrangement and she says yes we can do that but flowers are florists pick. Well when i called i was specific about the color of flowers I was looking for . They were very rude and did not care about what i was looking for. I went elsewhere. Learn some manners and to not be rude to your customers. This was not the first time for me dealing with rude at that place.
GREAT SERVICE! We called around to floral shops in Rapid City for flowers for prom and all of the shops said they were not taking any additional orders. We called Rockingtree and all of the staff were so very helpful, kind and considerate they took our order with joy, had it completed the next day and we are so happy with the outcome. In fact, one of the staff commented that they would continue taking orders and if they had to stay up till midnight to complete the orders that's what they would do!We will be driving to Sturgis for our floral needs from now on - it is worth the trip! Local People, Local Service. Thank you Rockingtree Floral!
GREAT gardening store. So sad the head ladyowner passed away last year. But they have wonderful people working there now. I love the friendliness of everyone who works there. My place to shop for anything floral and more.
We have used Rockingtree Floralist for several years. They have always provided us with professional service. For the past few years they share pictures of the arrangements they deliver. They are beautiful. Just what we ordered. I highly recommend this florist to take are of your needs.
Everyone down there is a big help. Heather provided me great assistance and advice on my start to growing some plants and I even got a ponytail palm that I just repotted yesterday from them. A very friendly and nice atmosphere.
