My experience was with Route 20. Zero correlation between advertised schedule and actual bus arrival times! Customer service never answers the phone! Poorly maintained vehicles! Unpleasant bus drivers! No real-time schedule, nothing! This company has SO MUCH to learn from companies like NJ Transit and the likes. Guys, you are the worst!!!

An awful company, I'm speacking about the 11a route it is always late or early and dispatch had the nerve to tell me I was wrong about the arrive time as I was looking at the online schedule. I had 2 luggages and the driver wouldn't get out so I could put them away I had to drag them onto the bus and everyone's giving me nasty looks, like sorry I have to travel. The night shift drivers are sometimes late but are far more nicer which is why I have 2 stars. Would take the train all the time if I could, its cheaper and more reliable. Or a taxi, or just walk. The buses themselves also need a serious update.

The 510 am 47 is always late I call the dispatch and we. Is no help I hope the county of Rockland get rid of your company and bring a better company that put there riders first I Wii bring it up at a town meeting Rockland coaches. Is very bad and drivers are rude
