I had a great experience at the Rockport store in Northpark Mall today. Chris was extremely knowledgable, and walked me through the pros/cons of different shoes. I ended up going with the same shoe I have worn for the past five years (and has held up great), yet still really appreciated his time and attention. It was an excellent sales experience-- like going back to a previous era of shoe shopping where the salesman takes a real interest in the customer. Relaxed and not pushy at all as I tried on different styles and sizes. Thanks!

Very rude customer service. Not willing to help. Throwing shoes  here and there when I asked for a certain Web  shoe available on the Web saying that we are not affiliated with the website.
