The actual place is kind of cute. I like the way it's decorated. The employees think they know better than you about your own hair. Gave them 3 chances with me (hundreds of dollars) and I still have to pay hundreds more to fix my hair. 3 times, 3 times and still don't have the color or cut I asked for. I'm not asking to look like a model, but when you bring in pictures of the color you want (I was blonde when I 1st went there and asked for a specific darker color -so nothing like going from black to pink), and still don't have the color I want. When I have tried to contact the "boss" I get blown off and ignored. Maybe if the boss would have stepped up I wouldn't be looking at having to give my hair a complete (destroying) chemical bath now. I think most of the good reviews here are fake. Last time I left a woman was walking out crying. Don't go!! I have to warn you and everyone I can!!

Love Rockstar!!!! You won't leave disappointed. The staff is upbeat, stylish and approachable. You can tell everyone is on top of the latest techniques and know-how in beauty. 
I leave feeling like I got personal attention for me and my style - not leaving with the same hair cut and color as everyone else.

I love Rockstar Salon. Rachel, the owner is super nice and friendly. I love that they offer hot tea with their services. My colorist, Alyssa is awesome and always very friendly. I also love the superior Keune color products they use on my hair. You leave there feeling fantastic about how you look. Love them.

I decided to go somewhere new to dye and cut my hair, i was so excited to change my hair and excited that I was going here. I was blonde and had long hair. I asked the colorist if she could dye it to an ash brown color. I thought it would be easy since my hair is already light and going to an ashy brown wouldn't be hard. After my color was done it was NOTHING like the picture I showed her. It was black and my ends were grey. There was a line from the black and grey it wasn't even blending in. And after I dyed my hair a guy was cutting my hair and I honestly hated it. I felt like he didn't know what was he doing. I asked for a trim bc I had split ends. And omg the way he was blowing drying my hair was ridiculous. My hair was short and frizzy. And his reason why my hair was frizzy was because it was damage. I've been to other places where they left my hair beautiful from a hair cut and blow dryed it so nice even if my hair was damage they still managed to blow dry it nice. I left the place crying and disappointed. I wish I can put a picture of my hair before I went in and after I left the salon. I'm going in again next week with a different colorist so she can redye my color to how I want it since I already paid for this messed up hair. I'm just scared and nervous how it's going to end up.

I found Michael and was so happy.  I have a LOT of long curly hair, that I LOVE to wear big...and curly.  Michael left to pursue his dreams and I went into panic mode.  It was suggested to me, I should try Ann.  SHE WAS AMAZING.  She listened to what I wanted and she did it.  I totally recommend Rockstar.  If you have Curly hair.....Ann is an expert!  LOVE!
