This is a great store for commuters/students in the area. 

I bought my commuter bike 9 months ago, and was impressed with the discounts offered for new cyclists. The associates in the store were friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable for someone with little background in cycling. Their prices are very competitive.

In my experience, the other bike shops in town are also friendly/knowledgeable, but the customer service at Rocktown Bicycles is unmatched, especially for entry level cyclists.

Purchased my road bike from Rocktown.  What a wonderful experience. From ordering exactly what I needed to follow through on delivery to fit to after the sale service. Well worth the effort of driving over the mountain! My thanks to the entire team!

We purchased quite a few bikes here. Come here for any repairs. And love to come browse through the store. We would recommend Rocktown Bicycles to anyone looking for great service and the perfect bike.

I really like this shop and consider the people who work there my friends. Furthermore, I think that their service is excellent and have bought some high end bikes there and was treated very well before and after the sales.
