I usually love this place but yesterday I got some bagel sandwiches that were pretty awful. They did not include the sprouts I ordered (or tell me they were out of them if that was the case), the tomato was placed directly next to the bagel and the roasted red peppers were also dripping wet, so the bagel was soaked by the time I brought it back home to eat. It was also not even cut in half completely and was just a sloppy wet mess. I had to throw the other one away.
I also tried to order hummus which is on the menu, but was told "hummus isn't actually a thing here"

I always take visitors here! This place is DELICIOUS! And very affordable. My favorite quick breakfast place! They have so many different bagel and cream cheese flavors to accommodate any taste. The John Taylor is my absolute favorite. The staff is super nice too!

While the service itself was awesome, the place is kinda run down and most importantly 6 out of the 11 things me and a buddy asked for they were out of.  Things like tomatoes or cucumbers or generic items that you'd expect to be in stock.

Bagel sandwiches were very good. Service is not great, but not terrible. Fine place to get quick hangover breakfast.

Man I really used to like this place but I will never go here again. Every time I go and try to get my favorite sandwich but every single time I go they never have roast beef....... why the heck do you have roast beef on your menu if you never have the product. Complete waste of time and a complete BBB waiver about false advertising.
