Called them to tell them i am canceling my policy because i'm moving out of state and found a cheaper insurance,but i guess they heard everything through their ass,so yhey reported that I didnt have insurance when i clearly dropped the asses for a better policy
 and got a drivers licensce/registration suspension notice today in the mail

By far the most condescending and rude office I have ever come in contact with. The woman I spoke with (Danielle?) makes derogatory comments and laughs them off as if nothing , while lacking insight and expertise. Extremely unhelpful and painful to work with - I would rather have zero coverage then ever have to call this office again.

the people there are very very nice and helpful and I feel welcomed with open arms every time I go in!
