John Wood is a superior performing professional in a world of too much mediocrity! He has been my insurance agent for four years.

I never had known before that insurance agents are supposed to help you with answers to your concerns even AFTER they sold you a policy. It took my experience with John to teach me that.

John Wood found me and registered me for the Affordable Care Act insurance plan four years ago when everybody else online said I didn't qualify. I had then presumed I was one of those who fell between the cracks in the eligibility category, but no, John found a great plan for my daughter and me. As a single working mom this was huge, because we had been going without insurance until then.

Now I am on Medicare, and John still knows his stuff in that program! After I had spent days and literally hours on hold trying to resolve a dispute with a billing office, ultimately succeeding regarding an issue after a knee replacement, I also spoke to John about something unrelated. When he heard what I had gone through regarding the aforementioned issue, he was extremely apologetic for my inconvenience and at the same time a bit surprised that I hadn't gone to him initially for resolution of that problem.  He is always going to be my go-to guy from now on. John Wood knows how to get things done AND he expects to be asked to do that. 

John is your person to cut through the red tape and navigate the tricky world of insurance. I imagine the new administration's efforts to change "Obama Care" is something John keeps his sights on and will know how to handle it if there are changes made.  No other insurance agent/representative would be as capable as John in my opinion. How anybody can be on top of every little insurance detail baffles me, but I'm sure glad John found me four years ago.

Always being an insurance skeptic I was shockingly excited to be able to do business with Annie.  She treats you like a friend not a customer.  She has always gone out of her way to make sure we get the coverage that works for us. She is so respectful and friendly.  I can only say positive things about her.  She makes you feel like family.  She truly cares about her customers.  I would rate her a perfect 10.  If you have an opportunity to do business with her you will always do business with her.  Amazing person...the best agent I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.  Call her and find out.  Joanna and Martin Kyle

Annie Reyes is professional, efficient and extremely  knowledgeable regarding the process of signing up for healthcare.  She is the only agent that has ever taken the time to truly listen to what our needs are, and she spent as much time as needed in helping us find the right plan.  She made a stressful process much easier and she followed up after our initial contact.  She made it easy-  thank you, Annie Reyes!!

Our agent Annie R. was so very helpful when we suddenly lost our health insurance coverage.  Her thoughtfulness and professionalism got us through a very rocky period filled with medical challenges.  Never having been in this position before,  we are so thankful for her patience and care in explaining everything in detail.  She continues to advise of our options and has been a valuable means of support for us.  She is a credit to this company and her dedication and knowledge are a wonderful reflection on this company.

Summit Insurance Group, specifically Senior Benefits Advisor Annie Reyes, has beed EXTREMELY helpful.  I am relatively naive when it comes to purchasing insurance policies and they made the process extremely streamlined and simple.  They got me a better plan, for a better price, than I ever could have gotten myself.  They are true advocates for their clients, and I can not recommend them highly enough.
