Great service!  This store cannot be beat!  Staff is amazing and so helpful!  They will try as many shoes on your child, as it takes to make them happy!  Never a nasty look, comment or hesitation!  Their goal, is clearly to make your experience exceptional!  MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!  Thank you for consistently exceeding our expectations!!!

I ordered a pair of shoes because they were not in stock.  My feet were measured in store.  10 Days later when they arrived, they were way too big.  10 days later, I go in to see if they were there.  I was told that they were not there because they had to wait to send the shoes back until the order was big enough to send back.  I said that they reorder should have happened the same day they did not fit.  The manager did not agree with me.  I asked him if it was good customer service to not reorder the shoes right away and he said, "That is our policy".    The customer service sucked. I got my deposit back and left.

I must say that going a little further than expected yesterday during a day with my mom really paid off.  Karen and Suzie know great customer service.  We needed extra attention and after trying a large number of different options, most of which did not work, we found the perfect pair.  With a leg brace making it very challenging to find sandals that work and that my fashionable mom approves of, we did it with the help of those wonderful ladies!  Thank you, roderers and believe me, we will be back soon!
