I wish I can give minus five stars to this place. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. On my visit to LA with my family we booked 5 nights at this place. On entering the reception you will come to actual terms of what you have gotten yourself into. This place is not for the civilized people. The room carpets are black from dust and stains. Their are cockroaches and bugs all around. The entire room had a urine stink to it. We requested the person to change our room. He immediately gave us a different room, but this one was even worse. The bathroom is tiny and dirty. We somehow managed to stay the night there and vacated the hotel as soon as we got up. That had to be my worst first night in LA. I still loathe this hotel and gives me shivers when I think of it. It is a disgusting disgusting filthy hotel. I don't know why such places exist.

Don't expect much. Thjs place pretty much sucks. Only Good for a place to shower and sleep. Be advised they ask for a 100 dollar cash deposit at check-in.

The breakfast was not what it seemed to be. It was in a small guest room that was converted into a breakfast area. It was just burnt coffee that tasted gross, cereal, and cinnamon rolls. At least the cinnamon rolls were good. No eggs, waffles, pancakes, or anything like that. I've had mixed feelings about my stays at Rodeway Inn's. Some of them have more breakfast options and updated rooms. This one was not very clean, the room felt dated and was slightly remodeled but it felt thrown together, not good quality remodeling, and the bed was not comfortable. I probably would not stay here again. But I guess you get what you pay for (some of the time).

The rooms are not good! the rooms are Dirty! it's in a really bad part of town. the guy at the front desk even told us I wouldn't go out at night if I was you! that goes to show you just how bad it is. I would give this place a negative four stars because that's how bad it is.

It is simple, but suits the basic needs of a good shelter. Checked in last minute late night and was received by Peter; very nice and professional. Checking in and checking out were painless. The parking lot is small, but there aren't exactly 200 rooms either. 5 stars because I rested peacefully at the price posted. No roaches. No spiders. No bug bites No rude attendants (Even the maids are kind and well mannered) Was an unexpected booking at this particular location but I will definitely keep it in mind for the next time I need a modestly priced room for a night.
