Horrible customer service Do Not Stay Here.....My building was being tented needed a room for two days ..booked online had confirmation number and valid credit card.without the credit card you would need to pay an additional 50$fir a deposit. The man at the front desk refused to listen to me when I said yes I have a credit card.. I trid to show him my confrimation as well as deposit info he continued to over talk me never bothering to look at my information while I'm i guessing his wife was a few feet away laying in bed watching but refusing to keep her husband calm as he begin fussing at me saying the next customer behind me has no problem paying 50$ deposit...

It is very small hotel and honestly I only stayed there because it was the cheapest so you get what you pay for. If you can please stay away

Very surprised and happy with the outcome of this hotel! My boyfriend and I were not very sure when we arrived we started in room 17 for a couple weeks then moved which was perfectly fine because we planned on staying a little longer since we had just moved here from out of state! The owner ended up being BEYOND helpful and understanding when it came to paying, it was CLEAN AND cheap! No problems ever in the hotel no drama and the owner was always aware of the surroundings! If you need a cheap and clean place to go for a good price this is your place to go! Thanks again Lido Motel from the couple in room 28 :) !
