They have no compassion for people with disabilities. The office staff are rude. If you have no childcare then don't go. Not a place for children and those who have to work every time that we have been for an appt time that we have been on time for they continuely run late and never say anything have waited hours to get seen.

1st time going had no issues. Went back a few months later to get test results done, was told I would have a call back within 24 hours with results. Waited 4 days until finally I had to call them and ask how things looked. Took them forever to find my paperwork over the phone, so they placed me on hold and from the sound of it, they just made up some on the spot response for me after asking why i came in there in the first place. Completely unprofessional place.

Very unprofessional, filthy and the doctor kept forgetting my wifes name and didn't seem to care about her. wouldn't recommend this doctor

Worst experience I've ever had. I had an appointment at 1:30 and didn't get called in until 3, after that they called me into a room and told me to get undressed and made me sit in the room undressed for another 35 minutes. Came in there for birth control and they told me that I HAVE to call my insurance and figure out which ones they will cover?! The staff was RUDE and the whole place was filthy. I am surprised this place is even open, I can't believe how unorganized they were. I give one star because the doctor ( Cynthia, I think..) was nice. DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.
