Story

Today Rodney's Cycle House is 18,000 square feet located on 3 ½ acres of prime real estate in South Little Rock, Arkansas, with the Handlebar & Grill and the outside Patio Bar sit and relax and enjoy great food and a cold beverage. Our experts not only know motorcycles but are riders also, they are here to help you meet all your riding needs whether it be service, parts, or maintenance. We have a complete machine shop so that we may control the accuracy of our in house engine work. We have also built many featured Custom Motorcycles and have been providing that service to our customers since 1970. We know what we want in a bike shop, so we have created that place for you. Rodney’s Cycle House is the Super Store of motorcycle parts, there isn’t a Standard or Metric Aftermarket part we cannot get, along with our large inventory of custom and replacement parts. If you are looking to change out your ride completely we are your motorcycle dealer. If you are looking to buy we have a good selection of Used Motorcycles for sale. And if you are looking to sell your motorcycle we have a great consignment program to help you sell your motorcycle before it starts to lose value.

I was a big fan of this place and unfortunately I'm afraid I'm not going to be able to say that any longer.  I took my bike in to have the  CLUTCH repaired.  When I took it in Wayne was very good and checked it in and we discussed a few things.  One item he was concerned about was the condition of the Exhaust studs on the front.  He said one was loose and looked like it could have some worn threads, but the fix could either be fairly simple or if the stud breaks a major overhaul.  I told him I'd like to just have the clutch fixed.  He noted "customer does not want any work done on exhaust studs. Understands potential for exhaust leak." on the paper work.  Fast forward 3-4 weeks.  I get a call from them and I'm told "well we tore the exhaust apart and unfortunately we broke one of the studs off trying to get the bolt off the front".  I was not happy b/c we agreed not to touch the studs.  Secondly, they had not even looked at the clutch!  Fast forward a week.  Upon request the clutch is now fixed and I believe should be good on that but I have been treated very rudely by RODNEY because I have asked that they repair the exhaust stud at no cost.  Only after pointing out several times and showing him that it was in writing that the exhaust should have never been touched did he agree to fix it at the shop's expense.  I dropped the bike off on 5/2/17 and it's 7/7/17!  When I called to check the status yesterday, Rodney was again very rude and told me "they did not create the issue and that since they are doing the work on their dime, they are only working on it between other jobs"  and he wrapped up the conversation with "what are you going to do....sue me?"  Well I certainly hope it doesn't come to that and I think I've been EXTREMELY forgiving and cooperative considering I specifically asked them not to touch the exhaust and the first thing they did was tear the exhaust apart and break it and as a result I've been without a bike for the entire summer!  We'll see what happens.  He's got the chance to do the right thing but it's not looking good.

Great place to get your motorcycle worked on and have a cheeseburger and beer . The staff are very professional and nice .
